BEZALEL.ONE

Many crafts. One craftsman. One system.

The craft is making a room full of complicated gear feel simple on a Sunday - so your team can lead worship instead of babysitting equipment. Here's what that looks like, piece by piece, and the software built to run it.The craft is integration - making a rack full of different vendors' gear behave like one instrument. Here's what that looks like, discipline by discipline, and the software built to run it.

Every vendor's gear, made to behave like one instrument.

Built for a multi-campus church. In production, weekly.

Campus Dashboard
The canonical run-of-show - six role views, live over WebSocket.
Live LED-wall switcher
Tablet-first control surface that fires real Ross custom controls.
Micboard TV
Broadcast mic-status board - polls the Shure wireless directly.
Direct-fire deck
32 keys over HID firing Hog, ProPresenter and Carbonite live.
Native apps
Role picker, push, haptics on cue events, wrist "now / next" glance.
Weekly pipeline
Ingests the script, autofills cues, deploys, arms the fire surfaces.
Health & reliability
Watches gear, power and weather all week - flags trouble before it reaches the wall.
Live Copilot
A quiet assistant in the booth - eyes on the run-of-show as the service runs.
02

The reliability layer, up close.

A read-only observability layer that polls every box on the production LAN every 12 seconds - power draw off the breaker, per-switch load and temperature on the AV network, encoder and console state - rolls it into a single go / no-go gate, and projects trends hours before they'd take something down mid-service. It never writes to a device. It only watches.

Stylized recreation - live values anonymized. Every reading is polled read-only; nothing on any device is ever written.
Don't just look at the software - ask it.
The system that runs the service can explain itself. Ask how the run-of-show holds together, what fires the wall, or whether it'd work for your venue.
How does the run-of-show hold together? What fires the LED wall? Could this work for our venue?

This isn't a screenshot from a demo that ran once. The platform gains real capability most months - here's the recent trail.

JUL 2026
Control surfaces see it →
A game controller runs the youth booth - cameras on the face buttons, slides on the d-pad, lights on the touchpad, the mix on the sticks. Every button remappable; any button switch-off-able.
JUL 2026
Focus - camera ops
Every camera operator's phone now tells them whether their shot is sharp and whether they're on air - the question they could never answer until Monday.
JUL 2026
Song + service archive
Every song the church has ever run, in one place: the arrangement, who sang it on which mic, what the room did - and the writers, CCLI and credits. Institutional memory instead of tribal knowledge.
JUL 2026
Brownout recorder
Every mains sag logged: when, how long, how low it dipped, what it took down with it, and whether it happened mid-service. The post-mortem argument, settled.
NEXT
Rewind COMING SOON
Replay a past service live in the actual room - audio, walls and lights firing off the recording - so volunteers can train against a real Sunday instead of an empty room.
JUL 2026
Live Copilot
In-service AI assist that answers "what's next" and "what's wrong" straight from the live run-of-show.
JUN 2026
Health & monitoring
Read-only observability across power, network and stream - rolled into one go / no-go gate with predictive alerts.
JUN 2026
Direct-fire daemon
The Stream Deck now drives the rig directly over HID, replacing the off-the-shelf middleware that used to sit in the way.
MAY 2026
Native switcher control
RossTalk routing for the main and MiniME buses, so a cue can re-route every LED zone at once.
MAY 2026
Readiness tracker
A go / no-go gate scored per service, visible before doors open - not after something's already wrong.
APR 2026
Apple Watch companion
Mic status and now-playing on the wrist, for the person walking the room.

This is what one craftsman built.
