The week has a shape.

Twenty-two things have to be true before Sunday. The book lays them out Monday to Sunday, quietly ticks off the ones it can see for itself, and answers one question the night before: are we ready?Twenty-two prep items with an assigned production day, Mon→Sun. Nine are auto-detected from live signals; the rest are manual, and a manual check always wins. One roll-up item is the go / no-go gate.

SUNDAY READINESS · NOT YET
Stylized recreation - item names representative, live state anonymized.

The list that checks itself.

A checklist nobody trusts is worse than no checklist. So nine of the twenty-two tick themselves: the book can see whether the Planning Center plan is linked, whether this week's graphics exist, whether the lighting cuelist is there, whether the cues actually reached the deck, whether any flags are still open, whether every camera has an operator. Nobody gets credit for typing a checkmark the system could have earned.

The rest are human, because they should be - a person confirming the framing is right is the only moment the reference is known-good. And a human check always wins: if you say it's done, it's done, even if the signal disagrees. The tool defers to the room.

It all rolls into one item - Sunday readiness - which is done only when everything else is. That's the number on the wall, the widget on a phone, and the thing a nightly nag asks about while there's still time to fix it.
